This is the same 12-step journey every Mastersforall student follows — here, each step is run for you inside the cohort, in order, with a counsellor who knows your file.
The cohort opens with a proper evaluation of your bachelor's degree, grades, backlogs, work experience and goals — not a form, a conversation. From that we build a realistic country and programme shortlist across our 14 countries and a month-by-month plan that names what happens in which month, aimed at your first intake window. Every later step hangs off this plan.
Your shortlist decides your tests — never the other way round. Germany-bound students prepare for the dMAT with our mocks and crash course; English-taught programmes need an IELTS score, which our 4-week preparation is built to deliver; and where German strengthens your file or your daily life, our A1→B1 track runs alongside. You take exactly what your target programmes ask for, on a schedule that finishes before your first application deadline.
Every country vets Indian documents its own way — the APS certificate for Germany, CIMEA verification or a Declaration of Value for Italy, the Campus France procedure for France. These take weeks and universities won't look at your file without them, so the cohort starts them early and in parallel with your test prep. We tell you which one your shortlist needs, what to submit, and chase the timeline with you.
Tests cleared, language certificates in hand, credentials validated. You now hold everything a European university expects before they even open your file — and because the cohort front-loads this work, you reach this point before your first application window opens, not during it. This foundation is built once and serves both windows.
For your first intake window, we finalise the programme list and build each application to be read: a Letter of Motivation that argues your case rather than repeating your CV, an application CV in each country's expected format, and every supporting document checked against that university's own list before anything is submitted. If a second round is needed, the applications for window two are refreshed — not rewritten from zero.
Offers arrive, and choosing well matters as much as getting in: we compare them with you — programme fit, city, costs, what each means for your visa file — then lock in the official admission letter and the university proofs your visa application will rely on. And if window one doesn't produce the offer you want, this is where the cohort's design pays off: your second window is already on the calendar, with a sharper file.
The student visa file is where good admissions go to die — so we assemble yours piece by piece: blocked account or proof of funds in your country's required form, health insurance, income-tax returns, accommodation proof, and every declaration in the order the consulate expects. Then we rehearse the visa interview with you until the answers are yours, not a script.
Visa stamped. We help you time your flight to your programme's actual start — early enough for registration and settling in, not so early that you burn money waiting — and hand you a departure checklist covering documents, money, luggage and the first week, so nothing slips through the cracks in the excitement.
Well before departure, we rebuild your CV in your destination's employer format — German employers, Dutch employers and French employers each read CVs differently, and the Indian format serves none of them. With a polished LinkedIn to match, you can apply for working-student and part-time roles from day one instead of spending your first semester figuring out why nobody replies.
Student housing in Europe is scarce and moves fast. We share verified student-housing and hostel contacts in your specific city, help you write the reach-outs, and work the applications with you — so you land with a roof over your head and a registered address, not a hotel booking and a scramble.
The first weeks on the ground are a chain of formalities with deadlines attached: city registration, opening a bank account, the residence permit appointment, activating health insurance, a local SIM. We guide each one in order, for your city, so you're fully registered and legal while your classmates are still googling what an Anmeldung is.
The cohort doesn't end at the airport. You're invited to our meet-and-greet events and into the Mastersforall student community across Europe — seniors who took the same route, mentors for the first semester, and the people who become your circle in a new country. You arrived with a cohort; you stay with one.
Each of these exists as its own product on this site. Cohort members don't pick and choose — the year includes all of them, sequenced by the plan from step one.
