Terms of Use

Mastersforall (mastersforall.com) is an online platform that helps Indian students prepare for and apply to Master's programmes in Europe — practice tests, preparation courses, guides, matching tools and 1:1 consultations. By creating an account or purchasing anything on the site, you agree to these terms.

• Personal access. Purchased content (mock tests, crash course, IELTS and German prep) is licensed to you personally. Please don't share your login, or copy, resell or redistribute our material.
• Accounts. Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or payment fraud.
• Best-effort information. Exam patterns, university requirements, tuition figures, visa rules and deadlines change. We keep our content current with care, but always confirm critical details with the official source (university, embassy, testing body) before acting on them.
• Guidance, not guarantees. Our support improves your preparation and application — no one can guarantee an admission, scholarship or visa, and we never claim to.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the platform, and we don't sell your data. Ever.

• Account data. Your name and email address, plus a securely hashed password (we can never see the original).
• Purchases. What you bought and when, so we can grant access and issue invoices. Card / UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway — they never touch our servers.
• Match & consultation enquiries. The academic details you submit (degree, scores, preferences) are used to prepare your matches and consultation, and are shared with no one outside Mastersforall.
• Analytics. We count page views and traffic sources to understand what's useful. We use cookies for your login session and standard analytics.
• Your rights. Want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account? Email support@mastersforall.com and we'll action it promptly.

Payments & Refunds

• Pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown before you pay. Checkout is processed securely by Razorpay; an invoice is emailed to you automatically after every purchase.
• Digital products. Mock tests, the crash course and prep courses unlock immediately after payment. If something didn't unlock, you were charged twice, or you believe you were charged in error, write to support@mastersforall.com within 7 days of the payment — we review every case individually, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Duplicate or failed payments. Refunded in full, always.
• Offer codes. Discounts apply only at the time of purchase and can't be applied retroactively.

1:1 Consultation Policy

• Rescheduling. You can reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked slot — just reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
• Missed sessions. A no-show without notice is treated as delivered. If something urgent came up, contact us — we're humans and we'll try to find a solution.
• If we cancel. If we ever need to cancel your slot, you choose: a full refund or a priority reschedule.

Independence & Disclaimer

Mastersforall is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to g.a.s.t. / TestDaF-Institut (the dMAT conductor), DAAD, APS India, any university, embassy or government body. Our mock tests are original practice material built to mirror the published exam pattern — they are not official exam content.
