This Privacy Policy explains what information dMAT India ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. dMAT India is an independent test-preparation platform and is not affiliated with g.a.s.t., TestDaF-Institut, DAAD, APS India, or any German university.

1. Who we are

dMAT India Preparation Institute is operated by mastersforall, a registered business in India. You can contact us at support@mastersforall.com with any privacy questions.

2. What information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, collected when you create an account to purchase a test plan.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. Payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay), which has its own privacy and security practices. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and plan purchased.
• Test activity: your answers, scores, and section-wise performance on any mock test you attempt, so we can show you results and a review of your attempt.
• Technical information: basic data such as browser type and general usage patterns, which helps us fix bugs and improve the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and verify your purchase.
• To grant access to the test plan you purchased, for the duration stated at purchase (180 days). Your password is chosen by you at signup and stored only in securely hashed form — we never see, store, or send your actual password.
• To save your test results so you can review them later within your access window.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send you operational emails (for example, a welcome email, a password-reset link you requested, or a notice that your access is expiring) — not marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

4. Where your data is stored

Account and test-result data is stored securely using our hosting and database providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the platform (for example, our payment gateway for processing payments, or an email service to deliver account emails such as password-reset links).

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your test progress on the device you're using. This is functional, not advertising-related, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings (though doing so may log you out).

6. Data retention

We retain your account and result data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support or refund queries, after which it may be deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion — see Section 8.

7. Children's privacy

This service is intended for prospective graduate-level applicants and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@mastersforall.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the dMAT India website and mock test platform (the "Service"), operated by mastersforall ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

dMAT India provides paid access to mock test papers modeled on the publicly available structure of the dMAT Core Module (Figure Sequences, Mathematical Equations, Latin Squares) and a Subject Module practice set. We also provide free informational content, including an eligibility-guidance tool, which is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute official advice from APS India, g.a.s.t., or any university.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate information (name and email) when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login password confidential. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if your credentials are compromised due to your own actions.
• One account is intended for use by a single individual student. Sharing accounts to give multiple people access to a single purchased plan is not permitted.

3. Purchases and access

• Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
• The Starter plan grants access to Tests 1–5; the Complete plan grants access to all 10 tests, for 180 days from the date of purchase.
• Each test paper may be attempted once. Once submitted, a test cannot be retaken, in order to mirror the single-attempt nature of the real exam; you can still review your answers and explanations at any time within your access window.
• Access automatically ends 180 days after purchase. We may, at our discretion, offer renewal or extension options in future, but are not obligated to do so.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. By purchasing a plan, you agree to that gateway's applicable terms in addition to ours. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our test content, questions, or explanations.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass the one-attempt-per-test restriction, share login credentials, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All test questions, explanations, and original written content on this site are owned by mastersforall / dMAT India Preparation Institute unless otherwise stated, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular dMAT score, exam outcome, or admission result from using our mock tests. Practice performance on our tests is not a prediction of performance on the official dMAT. Official exam content, format, and difficulty are determined solely by g.a.s.t. and may differ from our materials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mastersforall / dMAT India Preparation Institute and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results, admission decisions, or technical interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant plan.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (for example, hosting provider outages).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse such as account sharing or attempts to circumvent the single-attempt or access-window restrictions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to every purchase made on this website — mock test plans, the dMAT Crash Course, and the Complete Germany Support plan. Please read it carefully before you pay.

1. All sales are final — no refunds

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any purchase. Our products are instantly-accessible digital content and personalised services (mock test access, live course seats, and application support). Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred — regardless of whether the content or service has been used. Please review the product details, dates and pricing carefully, and try our free sample test, before purchasing.

2. The only exception: payment errors

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, or if money was deducted from your account but your purchase was not activated, contact us immediately with your Razorpay payment reference ID. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway and reverse any duplicate or failed-but-charged amount in full. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of a completed purchase.

3. Plan upgrades

If you purchased a mock test plan and later join the Crash Course (which already includes the Complete mock plan), email us — we will adjust the amount you paid for your mock plan against the course fee, so you never pay for the same content twice. This is a price adjustment on an upgrade, not a cash refund.

Email support@mastersforall.com with the email address used at purchase and your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email). We aim to respond within 3–5 business days; verified payment-error reversals are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing times.
